“Monks, this is a great gain: living in the wilderness … eating only alms-food … wearing rag robes … having just three robes … teaching Dhamma … memorizing the monastic training rules … being very learned … being stable … having a good attitude … having followers … having a large community of followers … coming from a high caste family … being beautiful or handsome … being a speaker of polite and meaningful words … having few wishes … having good health.”
