SN 55.14 Duggati Sutta
Miserable worlds

A stream-enterer avoids bad rebirth.

“Monks, a noble disciple who has four things has gone beyond all fear of being reborn in the miserable worlds. What four? It’s when a noble disciple has unshakable confidence in the Buddha… the Dhamma… the Saṅgha… And he has virtue loved by the noble ones… leading to concentration. A noble disciple who has these four things has gone beyond all fear of being reborn in the miserable worlds.”
